How to Enable Community on Discord

Community Mode transforms a regular Discord server into a feature-rich community hub. It unlocks powerful tools like Announcement Channels, Server Insights, Onboarding, and Scheduled Events, making it easier to manage and grow your server.

Steps

1. Open Server Settings
Click your server name in the top-left corner and select Server Settings.

2. Go to Community
Scroll down and click Enable Community.

3. Complete the Safety Checks
Discord will ask you to:

 Enable Verification Level

 Enable Explicit Media Content Filter
 Create a Rules Channel
 Create a Community Updates Channel


4. Finish the Setup
Click Finish Setup to activate Community Mode.
