Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Discord Servers ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Discord Servers is a directory platform that allows Discord server owners to list, promote, and advertise their servers, and allows users to discover Discord communities across various categories.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

4. Account Registration

You must authenticate via Discord OAuth to list or manage servers. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

5. Prohibited Content

You agree not to list or promote servers that contain or facilitate:

• Illegal content or activities
• Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination
• Content that exploits or harms minors
• Spam, phishing, or malware distribution
• Violations of Discord's Terms of Service
• Adult content on non-NSFW flagged listings

6. Listings & Bumping

Server listings must accurately represent your Discord server. Misleading descriptions, fake member counts, or fraudulent information will result in removal. Bump cooldowns are enforced per-tier and may not be circumvented.

7. Payments & Credits

Premium features are available via paid subscription plans. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Credits purchased are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Subscription plans automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, excluding user-submitted listings, is owned by Discord Servers. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time via your dashboard.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of listings, or that the Service will be error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Discord Servers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
