How does per-server pricing work?+
Each subscription covers exactly one server. You choose a tier (Silver, Gold, or Platinum) for a specific server. If you run two servers, you get two separate subscriptions — one per server. This gives you full flexibility to tier each server differently.
When should I use a bundle plan instead?+
Bundles are better if you manage 3 or more servers and want the same tier on all of them. Our 3-Server Gold yearly bundle costs $99.99 vs. $215+ if you subscribed per-server monthly. The lifetime options are great if you want to eliminate recurring fees forever.
Can I cancel a per-server subscription anytime?+
Yes — cancel any time from your dashboard. You keep all plan benefits for that server until the billing period ends.
What happens to a server when I cancel its subscription?+
The server reverts to the Free tier at the end of the billing period. It stays listed; you just lose premium features like auto-bump, faster cooldowns, and monthly credits for that server.
How do bundle server slots work?+
After purchasing a bundle, you assign servers to its slots from your dashboard. Each slot gives that server the bundle's tier. You can reassign slots to different servers at any time.
Do credits roll over?+
Yes! Credits never expire. Monthly subscription credits are added on top of your existing balance on the 1st of each month.
What payment methods are accepted?+
All major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) plus Apple Pay and Google Pay via Stripe.
Can the bot bump without a subscription?+
Yes — any server listed on the free plan can use /bump via the bot. The cooldown just reflects your server's current tier.
