A server partnership is a mutual promotion agreement — you post their server invite in your #partners channel, they post yours in theirs. Both communities get exposure to new potential members.

Finding the Right Partners

Look for servers that are:

Complementary, not competing — A Valorant server partners well with a general FPS server, not another Valorant server of the same size
Similar size — Within 20-30% of your member count for fairness
Active — Check their last message timestamps before reaching out
Well-moderated — A chaotic server reflects badly on you
