🌲 What Is the Act Two Expansion?
The Act Two Expansion - Custom Campaign adds a new region between the Shadow-Cursed Lands and Act 3.
The main area is called the Chionthar Wilds, designed for parties around levels 8-10. The mod is currently in beta.

The Chionthar Wilds expands the journey toward Baldur's Gate with:
- New quests
- New dungeons

- New cutscenes
- New lore and stories
- Custom creatures
- 70+ new items
- 30+ combat encounters
- New secrets and puzzles
The story takes place after leaving the Shadow-Cursed Lands but before reaching Rivington.
⚔️ Questlines & Progression
The expansion is designed to fit between Acts 2 and 3.
Players explore the new region, complete its quests and eventually continue toward Act 3. Some story choices are available, although the creator states that these choices do not affect the rest of Act 3.
There is also a point of no return, so finish important Act 2 activities before proceeding beyond it.

You have two main options:
Mod Manager
- Download the mod.
- Install it through a compatible mod manager.
- Enable it through the in-game Mod Manager.
Manual
- Download the
.pakfile. - Place it in:
C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3\Mods - Enable the mod through the in-game Mod Manager.
The current main file is around 646 MB.
