The story returns to Roscaelifer, a sky island under lockdown. According to Inven Global, the Proxy and Lindverne infiltrate High Ambitions Corp. to uncover the secrets of the three Sunbringer sisters and the Karma Cores inside them.

Phoenix
Phoenix is an S-Rank Fire Anomaly Agent from the Krampus Compliance Authority. GameDaily describes her as Krampus's second strongest member.

Severian is an S-Rank Wind Attack Agent from New Eridu's police. GosuGamers reports he's the first Agent to wield a giant sword, and he was teased as far back as Version 1.1.
- His Shadowflash passive automatically dodges incoming attacks.
- Successful dodges build energy for a chain of powerful slashes.

The biggest new idea in Zenless Zone Zero 3.3 is in the story. Lindverne's Karma Core ability, Genesis Reconstruction, builds combat mechs that the Proxy pilots through enemy bases.

- Spooky Funhouse Tales: a Halloween card battler. Finishing it earns the free A-Rank W-Engine Candlelit Scheme, according to GosuGamers.

- Enigma of the Labyrinth: Spooky Trial: a Halloween season for the permanent mode.
- Cyber Miracle Healer, On Duty!: maze puzzles to repair a Bangboo.

✨ The Honkai: Star Rail Crossover
HoYoverse also teased a Zenless Zone Zero x Honkai: Star Rail collaboration. On 24 October, the official ZZZ YouTube channel posted Agent Records for Robin and Kafka.
GosuGamers reports that Robin and Kafka will join Zenless Zone Zero as playable Agents, while Ellen Joe and Astra Yao head to Honkai: Star Rail. HoYoverse hasn't confirmed dates yet.
