🌫️ What Is Enshrouded?
Enshrouded is a survival action RPG from German studio Keen Games. You explore the open world of Embervale, gather resources, craft gear and build bases, all while venturing into the Shroud, a deadly fog full of monsters and valuable loot. Stay in it too long and your character dies.

It was a hit from day one of early access in January 2024, selling a million copies in its first week. It passed five million players by January 2026.
🆕 What's New in Enshrouded 1.0
According to Low.ms's 1.0 breakdown, the full release brings:
- Level cap raised to 50, with gear up to level 55
- A new biome, with a new enemy tier
- Full skill tree reset for every character, with all points refunded
- 8 new skills: five for mages and three for archers
- 9 new spells, including summons like Summon Fire Totem and Summon Hollow Skeleton
- Upgradeable Eternal spells and arrows, plus new Fire, Shock and Bone arrows
- Combat updates, including wand heavy attacks, aim assist options and new enemy variants

💾 Will My Old Save Work?
Yes. Existing worlds carry over to 1.0. Saves from version 0.8 or earlier are backed up and converted the first time you load them.
If you play on a dedicated server, everyone, including the server, must be on 1.0 to join. Update the server before your group logs in.
