Stellar Blade Switch 2: Complete Edition Price, Content and 60fps

Stellar Blade Switch 2: Complete Edition Price, Content and 60fps

One of the PS5's biggest action hits is now on a handheld. The Stellar Blade Switch 2 port, Stellar Blade Complete Edition, has launched on Nintendo Switch 2, bundling the full game, every DLC so far and a brand-new Bayonetta collaboration.

The launch date caused some confusion, so here's the official answer. SHIFT UP set one simultaneous worldwide launch: 6 November 2026 at 00:00 KST/JST, which was 5 November at 07:00 PST and 15:00 GMT. So the Switch 2 version arrived on 5 November in the Americas and Europe, and on 6 November in Korea and Japan.

Here's what the Complete Edition includes, how much it costs, how it runs on Switch 2, and where fans are talking about it on Discord.

At a glance - Released: 5 November 2026 (Americas and Europe), 6 November (Korea and Japan) - Price: $59.99 / £54.99 / €59.99 - Includes: the full game plus the NieR:Automata and NIKKE DLC - Performance target: 60fps, docked and handheld - Physical: full game on the cartridge, no game-key card - Developer and publisher: SHIFT UP

⚔️ What Is Stellar Blade?

Stellar Blade is a single-player action-adventure from Korean studio SHIFT UP. You play as EVE, an elite warrior sent to reclaim a ruined Earth from monsters called the Naytiba, with parry-heavy combat and big boss fights.

It first launched on PS5 on 26 April 2024 and reached PC on 11 June 2025, both published by Sony. On Metacritic, the PS5 version holds an 81 from 134 critics and the PC version an 84. The Switch 2 version is self-published by SHIFT UP.

📦 What the Complete Edition Includes

According to SHIFT UP's announcement, the Complete Edition contains:

  • The full game, plus all previously released content
  • The NieR:Automata and GODDESS OF VICTORY: NIKKE collaboration DLC
  • Stargazer outfits for EVE, Adam and Lily
  • Extra glasses, earrings and the Planet Diving Suit (Captain) for EVE

👗 The Bayonetta Collaboration

The collaboration is confirmed. SHIFT UP is adding four Bayonetta-inspired "Couture Bullet" outfits for EVE, free on Switch 2, PS5 and PC from launch. Gematsu lists Bayonetta, Nun and Jeanne, with the fourth outfit still under wraps.

🖥️ How Stellar Blade Runs on Switch 2

SHIFT UP's CTO, DongKi Lee, explained the approach in an interview with Nintendo Everything, as reported by KitGuru:

Handheld Docked
Target frame rate 60fps 60fps
Base frame rate 30fps, doubled with FSR 3.1 frame interpolation Same
Output resolution (DLSS) 720p 1080p

After players tried the demo, SHIFT UP added a frame generation toggle for launch, so you can switch interpolation off if you prefer lower latency. The game also supports Joy-Con 2 motion controls for activities outside combat.

Nintendo Life's hands-on found the 60fps target "the right choice," with smooth gameplay and no trouble with parry timing. It also noted a clear resolution drop, flatter lighting and lower texture detail than on PS5.
