How to List Your Server on Discords.ai
Discords.ai connects Discord servers with people actively looking to join communities. Here's how to get listed and maximise your visibility.
Step 1: Create Your Account
- Visit discords.ai
- Click Login and authenticate with Discord
- Your account is created automatically — no form needed
Step 2: Add Your Server
- In your dashboard, click Add Server
- Select the server you want to list
- You must be the server owner or have admin permissions
- The Discords.ai bot will be added to your server automatically
Step 3: Write Your Server Description
This is the most important step. A great description gets clicks; a bad one gets ignored.
Include:
- What your server is about (first sentence should hook browsers)
- Who it's for
- What makes you different from similar servers
- Key features (events, bots, channels)
- Member count or activity level
Use:
- Short paragraphs or bullet points
- Relevant keywords people might search
- Emojis sparingly for scannability
Step 4: Choose Categories and Tags
- Select the most accurate category
- Add all relevant tags (gaming, anime, music, 18+, etc.)
- Tags are searchable — use every slot available
Step 5: Upload a Banner
Servers with custom banners get significantly more clicks:
- Recommended size: 16:9, 960×540 or larger
- Use your server's branding colours
- Include your server name in the banner
Step 6: Start Bumping
Bumping moves your listing to the top:
- Use the Discords.ai bot's
/bumpcommand in your server - Bump at peak hours (12pm–3pm and 6pm–10pm in your target timezone)
- Set phone reminders — don't miss cooldowns
Optimising Over Time
- Refresh your description every month
- Update your member count if it's grown significantly
- Add or update tags based on what's trending in your niche
- Monitor which listing features drive the most joins
