The Best GTA 6 Discord Servers to Join Before Launch Day

Some are huge and official. Others are older fan hubs that have been waiting for this game since 2019. A few are built for finding a crew the moment the servers go live.

We pulled every server below from Discord's own server directory, so the member counts are real snapshots. Here's how they compare, and how to join without walking into a scam.

🌴 The Biggest GTA 6 Discord Servers

Member counts come from each server's page in Discord's server directory on 21 October 2026. They change daily, and they will jump in launch week.

⭐ 1. Rockstar Games: The Official Server

This is the only server on the list run by Rockstar itself. Its directory listing calls it "The official home of Rockstar Games on Discord!"

Rockstar quietly opened it to the public in February 2025, and Kotaku reported the GTA 6 channel moved so fast it needed a 10-minute chat cooldown. Expect the same chaos on launch day.

Join if: you want announcements straight from the source.

🏙️ 2. Grand Theft Auto: The Veteran Hub

Created in June 2016, this server describes itself as "The first GTA server ever on Discord." It has switched its focus to GTA 6 news. It also states clearly that it is not affiliated with Rockstar Games.

🦍 3. TGG's Gorilla Gang: Best for Finding a Crew

Owned by Australian GTA YouTuber TGG, this is a Discord Partnered server built around LFG (looking for group) and GTA Online. With over 168,000 members, it's one of the easiest places to find people to play with.

🌅 4. Grand Theft Auto VI: The r/GTA6 Community

Created in November 2019, years before the first trailer, this server calls itself "The #1 and original Discord Community for the upcoming Grand Theft Auto VI." It's linked to the r/GTA6 subreddit and runs events and competitions.

🎮 5. GTA Online and GTA Series Videos

Two more worth knowing:

• GTA Online (48,000+ members) calls itself "The definitive server for GTA Online Discussion, Questions and LFG." It's a good bet if GTA 6's online mode is your main interest.
• GTA Series Videos (44,000+ members) is the fan community for the YouTube channel of the same name. It also hosts a FiveM roleplay server and says it isn't affiliated with Rockstar or Take-Two.

🛡️ How to Join Safely Before Launch

Hype brings scammers. Before GTA 6's launch, Malwarebytes warned about fake early access offers and download sites that deliver password-stealing malware.

1. Use the invites above or open the server from Discord's directory.
2. Check the member count and creation date in the server preview. Copycat servers are small and new.
3. Ignore DMs offering early access, beta keys, free Shark Cards or "leaked builds." No server can give you the game early.
4. Never log in to Discord or Rockstar through a link someone sends you.
